Brooke Matthews – Program Coordinator Professional Certification Program

Brooke is a key member of the Center for Hoarding’s core program support team. She plays an integral role in building and maintaining course content, coordinating enrollment, and organizing class schedules—helping ensure a smooth and supportive learning experience from start to finish.

Brooke has also worked directly alongside the Center’s founder in hoarding intervention cases, giving her firsthand insight into the lived realities of hoarding and the compassionate, person-centered approach required to effectively support those impacted.

As an important contributor to the Center’s growth, Brooke supports both course development and the day-to-day operations that allow the program to expand. She brings reliability, empathy, and thoughtful organization to her work, helping create a positive experience for learners.
