Program Coordinator
Professional Certificate in Community Hoarding Intervention
Brooke Matthews serves as Program Coordinator for the Professional Certificate in Community Hoarding Intervention and is a key member of the Center for Hoarding’s program support team. She plays an integral role in coordinating enrollment, supporting participants, maintaining course content, organizing schedules, and helping ensure a seamless learning experience from registration through certification.
In addition to her program coordination responsibilities, Brooke has worked directly alongside the Center’s founder in hoarding intervention cases, providing her with firsthand exposure to the complexities of hoarding and the compassionate, person-centered approaches necessary to effectively support individuals and families affected by clutter and hoarding.
As the Professional Certification Program continues to grow, Brooke plays an important role in supporting program development, participant engagement, and day-to-day operations. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to participant success help ensure that learners receive a positive, supportive, and well-organized experience throughout their involvement with the Center.
Through her work behind the scenes, Brooke helps foster a welcoming and efficient learning environment while supporting the Center for Hoarding’s mission of expanding access to education, training, consultation, and community-based solutions for hoarding.
