Kaylee Matthews serves as Program Coordinator for the Center for Hoarding’s Continuing Education & Support Program and is an essential member of the organization’s educational support team. She plays a central role in coordinating ongoing training opportunities, managing schedules, supporting trainers and guest speakers, and helping ensure that educational programs are delivered smoothly and consistently.
Working closely with instructors, panelists, and subject-matter experts, Kaylee helps coordinate course logistics, maintain program flow, and support the delivery of high-quality educational content. Her attention to detail and proactive communication contribute to a seamless experience for both presenters and participants.
As the Continuing Education & Support Program continues to expand, Kaylee plays an important role in supporting program development, course coordination, and day-to-day operations. Her organizational skills, reliability, and commitment to participant success help ensure that professionals have ongoing access to the education, resources, and support needed to effectively manage complex hoarding cases.
Through her work behind the scenes, Kaylee helps foster a welcoming, well-organized learning environment that supports the Center for Hoarding’s mission of providing accessible, high-quality education, consultation, and professional support to individuals, agencies, and communities.
