Continued Education & Support Program.

The Continued Education and Support Program provides ongoing access to expert-led training, consultation, and updated best practices to strengthen your effectiveness and confidence when working with complex hoarding cases, while allowing you to maintain your professional certification.

The Course Library is password protected. All content is available only to active members who have already completed the 12-Week Professional Certification Program and the CE Orientation and Access Course.

Members receive unlimited access to a growing library of advanced trainings delivered by our team of expert trainers and guest specialists, offering deeper exploration of key topics and emerging strategies in the field. The program also includes two TEAM Case Consultations each month with unlimited attendance, facilitated by our expert trainers, providing real-time guidance, collaborative problem solving, and support on challenging cases. Additional consultation times are added as needed to accommodate participant demand.

Courses are flexible and non-linear, allowing you to select the topics most relevant to your work and attend live or access recordings at your convenience. The Continued Education and Support Program offers a unique opportunity to expand your scope of practice, stay current with evolving research and approaches, remain connected to a professional community, and maintain your professional certification.

Requirements for Maintaining Certification

• Complete 10 contact hours (courses of your choosing) within 12 months of enrollment or renewal in the Continued Education Program
• Complete the 2-hour Final Updates & Refresher Course in month 12
• Strongly recommended (not required): attend at least 2 TEAM Case Consultations per year, even without an active case, to stay current and strengthen clinical decision-making

Completion of these requirements within the 12-month period is necessary to maintain certification and continued access to the Continued Education and Support Program benefits. If requirements remain incomplete after 12 months, participation in the full 12-part Professional Certification Program will be required to re-certify.
