• Continuing Education & Professional Support

The Continuing Education & Professional Support Program extends learning beyond initial certification, providing ongoing education, consultation, and professional support that helps participants continue building the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to manage complex hoarding situations.

Professional Certificate in Community Hoarding Intervention holders receive 12 months of complimentary access following certification. Participants who earn the Certificate in Community Hoarding Response through Hoarding: Identifying, Assessing, and Addressing receive 90 days of complimentary access following successful completion of the training.

The program includes advanced topic trainings, expert interviews, seminar-style courses, TEAM Case Consultation, interactive Q&A opportunities, and an expanding library of recorded educational content featuring both Center for Hoarding trainers and guest experts.

Get Certified. Stay Certified. Stay Current. Stay Supported.

Annual renewal of the Continuing Education & Professional Support Program maintains certification while providing uninterrupted access to continuing education, professional consultation, and the latest evidence-informed strategies for community hoarding intervention.

Annual Renewal Investment: $600 per year

To maintain certification after initial included period, participants complete:

    • 10 contact hours of continuing education annually
    • The 2-hour Annual Updates & Refresher Course during the final quarter of each renewal year

This flexible model allows participants to maintain certification, strengthen professional competence, and continue receiving expert guidance without interrupting professional support or repeating the full Professional Certificate Program.
